This Privacy Policy explains how Football IQ handles information when you use the mobile app and related web pages.

Information We Collect

Football IQ may process gameplay progress, Coin balance, purchase status, app settings, and diagnostic information needed to run the app. The app uses Firebase for analytics and crash diagnostics, RevenueCat and platform app stores for purchases, and Google AdMob to display ads.

AdMob may process an approximate location derived from an IP address, device or app identifiers, advertising data, ad and app interactions, crash logs, and performance information. The exact data used depends on the device, region, privacy choices, and the type of ad that can be served.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Purchase records may be used to grant Coins, support refunds, and troubleshoot billing issues.

How Information Is Used

• To operate gameplay, hints, rewards, and purchase flows.
• To improve app reliability and understand feature performance.
• To respond to support requests and data correction reports.
• To comply with legal, platform, and fraud-prevention obligations.

Advertising and Coin Rewards

Football IQ may show banner and interstitial ads at natural breaks in the game. Rewarded ads are optional: if you choose to watch and complete one, the app adds the displayed number of Coins to your local wallet. Closing a rewarded ad early does not grant Coins.

Where required, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to ask for consent and to provide privacy choices. Depending on those choices, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, limited, or technical ads. You can reopen available ad privacy choices from inside the app.

Third-Party Services

The app may rely on Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, hosting providers, and device platform services. Those providers handle data according to their own privacy policies.

Children

Football IQ is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so we can review and delete it where required.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for gameplay, purchases, support, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

Your Choices

You can manage available advertising privacy choices inside the app and can also control device-level privacy settings in iOS or Android. You can contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable. Some purchase and transaction records may need to be retained for legal or platform compliance.
